When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3-7 days for production, processing and shipping. Domestic shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 days with Priority Mail shipping. 

My order was delivered damaged or broken, what should I do? 

We apologize for any damaged products that may have occurred during transit. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Wood + Wool Co within 7 days of delivery.

Can I return an item if I have buyers remorse?

Yes! We want you to be happy with your order, however, in the event you are not, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I received my candle and there is liquid on the top. Is this bad? 

During the summer months, if a package is left outside in the heat, candle "sweating" may occur. This does not damage your candle or affect performance, however, it is unsightly. Dab excess oil at the surface with a paper towel. We recommend that you store your candles in a cool, dry place. 

How do I make my candle last longer?

The first burn is critical! When first lighting your candle, let it burn for 2-3 hours. This will create a healthy wax pool. The wax pool should be approximately 1/2” thick and reach the edges of your container. Wax has a memory so a healthy pool will prevent tunneling and also maximize your burn time.

Trim your candle each time before relighting. Pinch the burnt edges of your wood wick between your fingers and discard.

Do you offer candle making classes?

Not at this time.

Do you offer samples?

We are currently working on creating sample sizes.

Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate gift?

Yes, we offer a bulk discount with a minimum order of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please contact us for information on bulk orders. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if you place your order in our online shop, we can ship to you wherever you may be in the world!
